The Primary House

The main house is extremely solidly built, with tall cathedral ceilings made of local hardwood and solid, oversized hardwood doors. Bathrooms are all tiled with large-format stone tile backsplash and beautiful mosaic tile inlays and floors.

The owner’s home has a private driveway and parking area leading to the home. Sitting a good distance away from the rental apartments, this house feels like a sanctuary, despite having numerous guests situated below.

The entry to the home features a foyer with a closet for storage that is large enough to double as an office. This space is equally adorned to the rest of the home and gives a taste of the aesthetic that is found right through the property.

Transitioning to the open-air lounge shows the grandeur of this home. Double-height ceilings and white porcelain tiled floors give the perception of almost floating in the vast tropical horizon. There is ample room here to lounge on the plush sectionals or to dine with friends at the formal dining table next to the outdoor kitchen. This “indoor” space reaches out to the succulent infinity pool that is surrounded by a vast terrace with more seating room to lounge in the sun or sit under the stars.

The massive lounge space can easily be used to host diners from the boutique hotel below if this property was to be used as a bed and breakfast. The lounge has a guest half-bath attached that helps to serve this function.

The primary bedroom is well-designed without being overly large and features a private terrace with loungers looking out to the sunset ocean view. The opulent en-suite bathroom has stunning details that exude class.

The main home also features a second bedroom with a full bathroom, also styled in the same lavish and comfortable fashion as the primary, with a spacious layout and private ocean view poolside terrace.

The 6 guest room building

These 6 guest room building is located below the main house, it has six spacious standalone ocean-view suites, each featuring an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. The guest suites are furnished with comfortable king or queen-sized beds and decadent lounge furniture on the terrace. The lovely bathrooms have granite countertops, stone sinks, and beautiful large-format stone tiling. One larger apartment has a private kitchenette with a fridge and microwave while the rest use the shared facilities in the center of the building.

It is set away from the main home for privacy, but is connected by a set of stairs in case the owners would like to use the main home’s large terrace as a restaurant for serving breakfast or more. The hotel features its own entrance where guests can drive right up to the door, and there is ample parking for at least eight vehicles.

Artistic touches continue throughout the design and construction of the apartments, including live-edge wood beams in the massive doorway of the open-air common lounge that looks out onto the Pacific Coast. The apartments are all uniquely decorated in an elegant fashion and adorned with lively tribal art.

The property’s second infinity pool at the boutique hotel hangs on a large flat area overlooking the breathtaking ocean view. Two palapas flank the beautifully-tiled pool and offer a breezy spot to relax on loungers in a cool, shaded spot. Both the main home’s pool and the hotel pool have sumptuous outdoor showers with incredible ocean and mountain views!

Elegant tropical landscaping around the hotel features mature floral gardens with numerous edible plants and fruit trees planted across the property. The two entrances are gated at the road for added security, and there is a state-of-the-art wireless fire alarm system in both buildings.

The property also features an additional plantel for adding another small structure.
