An adobe wall borders part of the deck. This is where the apartment is located, rustic and warm thanks to this material used ancestrally for its virtues in particular of thermal regulation. It is composed of a small kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a multifunctional room large enough to accommodate storage and a desk according to your needs. On all sides, sliding wooden doors allow you to play with light and access each of these rooms separately.

Upstairs is an amazing structure with 3 bedrooms. All wood, all open: the air, the view, the energy, everything circulates wonderfully. The walls of the rooms are made of wooden slats and mosquito net. One of the walls is made up of folding doors. For two of them the doors open onto the deck. For the third, it opens onto the back of the property facing Uvita’s mountains. This one is equipped with a queen-size bed and the two others with a matrimonial bed. The bathroom is shared and is on the ground floor, in an astonishing bamboo spiral.

Bahia is booming. However, most of the residential neighborhoods know how to remain calm and green, as is the case on this dead-end street.
