The entrance guides you into a central nexus occupied by a large open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas, with the lofty ceiling elevating the spaciousness. Large windows and patio doors provide garden, jungle and ocean vistas.
The two bedrooms are huge, bright, airy, and surrounded by large walk out sliding doors that present nature-immersed views. Private outdoor showers accompany each bedroom, with one bedroom holding a full ensuite with an indoor shower, and the other a powder room.
Numerous pantries, storage areas, a large laundry room and even a de-humidified walk-in closet ensure that storage will never be an issue. An attached carport will keep you dry even in the most tropical of downpours. A sizable storage room, accessed from the outside, holds gardening & pool supplies.
At the back of the house a large covered patio with several lounge areas, the main dining area with seating for 10, a BBQ, and an outdoor kitchen with a full-sized fridge fronts the swimming pool and a large manicured lawn – and just beyond, the mountain, jungle and Pacific vistas capture attention from every corner of this patio, the true gem of this house. The smaller of the two guest homes, this cute home also boasts breathtaking views, a covered patio area with an awning, a separate outdoor dining / seating area, and a large bedroom plus another bedroom / kitchen combined space. The roar of the nearby mountain river is a constant companion, as are the sounds of the surrounding jungle wilds. An outdoor pool presents a perfect sunset vantage point.
The Workshop
Located adjacent to the upper guest house, the separate workshop building holds a large functional area. The workshop can be utilized in a number of ways, from arts & crafts, to storage, to practical work and trades. The building is large, secure, well-lit and includes plenty of storage racks and bins.
Two Additional Orchards/Plantels
A large bordering lot was purchased by the owner to provide a privacy buffer. The owner turned this land into a tropical orchard – holding dozens of fruit trees, the lot can be maintained as an orchard, developed to hold additional homes or structures, or sold by the buyer.
A plantel near the entrance gate, accessed via a private driveway, currently holds fruit trees but can also be developed. The land is elevated and provides the same amazing views as the rest of the property.
