The floor plan for the house is a studio that comes complete with a remodeled kitchen, a full bathroom, and custom-made wooden furniture. The newly crafted wooden bed frame was designed for storage underneath. The house features large sliding glass doors that allow plenty of natural light to enter. The doors open onto a covered balcony that overlooks the large backyard and garden area. This is a great space for backyard BBQs or simply enjoying the green space filled with flowering plants and fruit trees.

Currently, the backyard is a little oasis of tropical flowers, Ylang-ylang trees, bananas, and various tropical plants. There is plenty of space to add a pool or another structure if needed. Otherwise, the backyard provides a private sanctuary of green space for watching the visiting birds and butterflies.
