Tres Ríos is located at the far southern end of the Costa Ballena area of Costa Rica and is a “bedroom community” adjacent to Coronado and San Buenas. The three-community area includes a couple small grocery stores, restaurants, a golf course, and a bit more. Ciudad Cortés has a hospital, gas station, and grocery stores about 10 minutes away. Palmar has a wide variety of services including airport, grocery stores, banks, gas station, automotive repair, and more about 15 minutes away. Property in Tres Rios is desirable due to the expansive ocean views and easy access to higher altitudes, which provides milder temperatures.
