This new boutique hotel was recently built and opened its doors for business in August 2017. It is located in the mountains above the small Costa Rican town of Hatillo and it is a 5 min drive to town on a partially paved mountain road, and then another 5 min to the nearest beach and about the same amount of time to Dominical. It is at approx 500 ft elevation and nestled in a beautiful jungle setting. The ocean view is spectacular and looks down on the waves breaking and has sunsets over the Pacific!!!!

The property is spectacular and consists of 5 rental cabins, a pool, and a restaurant. The restaurant is at the center of the hotel and looks out over the pool toward the ocean. It has a large commercial kitchen, storage areas, reception, laundry, plus staff and client bathrooms. Upstairs is a 2 bedroom apartment that could be for an owner, employee, or could be rented as another room.

The 5 rental cabins are spread out on the property and all have ocean views. There is a 1 bedroom unit close to the restaurant and it has handicap access. Then there is a 2 bedroom unit perfect for larger groups or families. And then there are 3 more 1 bedroom units. They all have living rooms and kitchenettes and nice outdoor patios.

This boutique hotel was very well built and will be very successful. There are also more ocean view building areas on the property so there is room for expansion. There is also a nice creek.
